Affidavit-of-truth is offered as an automatically recurring subscription that renews each month from the purchase date.

The purchaser’s subscription will automatically renew at the end of the monthly term unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.

Please note the following details of affidavit-of-truth subscriptions:

  • The renewal will continue and remain valid for each month unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page on the affidavit-of-truth website.
  • If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive access and support for affidavit-of-truth when your subscription expires.
  • Your renewal price will be locked in at the time of checkout for as long as your subscription remains active.
  • If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your subscription has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for your subscription type. We may not apply older or legacy pricing to your new renewal purchase.

Automatic updates are available to account holders who have an active and valid subscription.

Refunds

All of our subscription options include a 100% money-back guarantee. If you decide not to use our services, you may request a refund. we will cancel your subscription and refund your last one-month payment made.

We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to affidavit-of-truth updates, promotions. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.

Agreement

Severability
